Lima - Santa Lucia in Lima
Peru (Lima) 2005-12-12
After a room service-dinner, Jacuzzi and Turkish sauna Eva had an early morning at the Gym. Great!! Anders was enjoying a late morning in bed, until 9 o’clock. We spent the next couple of days together with Anders friend Hasse and his family; Wife Mariela and Baby Fransesca.
We had dinner in an Argentinean rest called "La Vaca Loca" - Very good, but a strange name :"The crazy cow"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anders and Hasse were playing golf and Mariela and Eva spent a couple of Saturday hours relaxing and had both manicure AND pedicure!!!! For only about 10 USD!!
We had the opportunity to visit the Swedish church for a traditional Swedish Santa Lucia. They invited us to have "Glögg", Swedish gingerbread and "Lussekatter". WOW!!! Maybe we felt a bit homesick.......
The Swedish churches and the Swedish associations really make You be able to keep the contact with Swedish people and traditions.
Now we are back in Quito, Ecuador and are preparing for Eva’s 50:th birthday, Dec 17, and for the following three weeks with our kids, Lina, Sophie and Linas boyfriend Peter.
Patrick Brodin, a Swede living with his Ecuadorian wife Natalia and Baby Mia in Quito, are running Hostal Jhomana and do take very good care of us during our time in Quito.
By for now!
