Pampas and Tango - Riding with Gauchos in Pampas on an Estancia and dancing Tan
Argentina (Buenos Aires and San Antonio) 2005-11-04
We hope you will like our new pictures. They are taken from our last week in Buenos Aires and during our stay at an Estancia in Pampas.
Guess what - Maradona looks as fresh as he did in Mexico 1986 in the 2-1 match towards England when he did his legendary goal running through the English defense.
He has his own TV-show on Monday evenings and you see him everywhere on TV and in the newspapers. He is involved in Boca Junior as manager.Have you ever tried Tango?? We have been to different tango places and from what we have seen we have made One conclusion - TANGO IS DIFFICULT AND COMPLICATED!!
We know Buenos Aires pretty well now and thanks to our lovely hosts Roberto and Mariel we have seen a lot of this town and its surroundings.
Anyone hungry for meat????????????? Well, as you can see from the pictures we have been eating meat almost every day and when you go to a Parilla you can eat as much as you want - that is tuff every time!!Our stay at the Estancia La CinaCina in Pampas was GREAT! Have you ever seen Anders and Eva riding on a horse? Well, to be very honest with you - it has not happened that many times in our lives - but it went well and it was fun. However, let us be clear on one thing - the gauchos were MUUUUCH better than us.
Now we head for the most southerly town in the world - Ushuaia in Patagonia. It’s more than 3.000 kilometer south of Buenos Aires and the flight is more than 3 hours (Argentina is a Very big country) - leaving 05.30 tomorrow morning!!!!!!
Many greetings to all of you
